"Asana" opens and closes this very unusual album, an embrace for the 2 extralong songs (each over 1 h!). It's extremely hard to decide which of them is more fascinating. "Her Crimson Lotus Feet" is imho the winner but NOT by far. Mantra Mantra Mantra ... Kali is praised. Enjoy and drift into other spheres ...

Just as with The Madness from the Sea this is not the full album. Only Asana is presented in full the other songs clock in at slightly over one glorious hour each. I can't stress enough how awsome Her Crimson Lotus Feet is though.

All I can really say is THANK YOU Dylan & co. for bringing new,amazing,dense,deep and interesting music into my life.I first heard about Earth through listening to Mark Lanegan 's book "Sing Backwards and Weep",the mention from Mark and also learning of he and Dylan's closely honed friendship and brotherhood of many years peaked my interest and I knew eventually I'd be embarking on this journey of interdimensional sound."Primitive and Deadly" is a masterpiece!!!!!
